Previously, Wyant served as vice president of marketing at LifeLock, the industry leader in identity theft protection, helping lead the company from $3 million in annual revenues to $160 million in just four years. Before joining LifeLock, Wyant spent seven years as CEO and director of Natural Golf Corporation leading the company from start-up through a successful initial public offering.
Wyant graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Hinz has served as Platform Manager of Patriarch Partners, a private equity firm. He has 40 plus years experience leading industrial companies in aerospace, biotechnology, and communications.
